Please read carefully and ensure that you understand and accept the conditions and information outlined. The acceptance of all reservations are subject to the terms and conditions which forms a contractual relationship between Worldstar Travel (Worldstar Travel) and its clients. It is imperative that all clients understand these terms and conditions before making a booking. AGENCYAll bookings and travel arrangements are made by Worldstar Travel with the understanding that Worldstar Travel is in no way liable for default or omissions on the part of any servants, agents or contractors. Worldstar Travel is a registered business name Licence Number 2TA5528. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITSAll reservations require an immediate deposit of $500.00 per passenger and accompanied by a fully completed, signed booking form forwarded to Worldstar Travel. Faxed copies of the booking form will be accepted provided the required deposits are subsequently received by Worldstar Travel within 7 days of the fax. BALANCE OF PAYMENTPayment of the balance of the tour cost is required at least 65 days prior to departure. Should the balance not be received by Worldstar Travel on the due date, Worldstar Travel reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled, and appropriate cancellation charges will apply. AMENDMENT FEEWhere a client alters a confirmed booking in any way, a fee of $50 per change, will be charged as an amendment fee. TRAVEL INSURANCEStrongly recommended. Please check with us for the different type of insurance we offer. CANCELLATIONSShould a client cancel a booking for any reason, the following cancellation fees apply:
No refunds shall be made for any unused services i.e., accommodation, meals, entrance fees and/or sightseeing, after the tour has departed. All cancellations must be in writing and the date of cancellation will be taken as being the day that such written advice is received by Worldstar Travel. PRICESThe prices quoted in this letter are based on tariffs and exchange rates applicable at the time of printing. These are subject to change without notice, and any increase must be borne by the Client at any time prior to departure, notwithstanding that deposits or full monies may have been already paid. Acceptance of this arrangement is an express condition of making a reservation. Alternatively the Client may cancel subject to cancellation charges as per this brochure. Every endeavour will be made by Worldstar Travel to ensure that accommodation, visits and sightseeing as advertised, are available. However Worldstar Travel does not accept responsibility if a particular visit or sightseeing cannot be arranged or specified hotel accommodation is unavailable and land transport are altered or cancelled, resulting in consequent changes in price. After departure, itinerary changes may occur because Worldstar Travel acts only in the capacity of Agent for the Principals providing the hotels, coach, and other services and shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever arising from such changes. TRAVEL DOCUMENTSAll participants on the tour listed in this brochure must be in possession of a valid passport with at least 6 months validity at the time of departure. Worldstar Travel does not accept responsibility for passengers who fail to obtain correct documentation. NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICEUnless advised differently by Worldstar Travel, the tour price excludes credit card fees, excess luggage charges, personal services and gratuities, laundry, drinks, Optional Tours, documentation, personal accident, medical expenses, incidental expenses and all communication charges incurred on passenger’s behalf and any charges for recreation facilities, mini bar or other services provided by any hotel. TOUR DEPARTUREWorldstar Travel has the right to re-cost or cancel the departure of the Tour should the number not reach the minimum participants. TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONAll forms of transportation, accommodation and other services are provided by independent third parties and standards and conditions may vary. Worldstar Travel has no control over such changes and makes no guarantee regarding this. Should any independent third party, service provider, hotelier or carrier provide different services to those expressly mentioned by Worldstar Travel, the Client agrees to have no claim or cause of action whatsoever against Worldstar Travel. CARE AND RESPONSIBILITYWorldstar Travel will endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the Client obtains the travel, accommodation and other associated services contracted by the Client. Worldstar Travel understand the Booking Conditions described have been read and understood by the Client, but accepts no responsibility for any accident, damage, loss, injury, sickness, death, cancellation, delay, detention, deviation, substitutions or other unforeseen event unless caused by the negligent or wilful act of itself or its employees. Every endeavour has been made by Worldstar Travel to ensure that the contents of this website are accurate at the time of creation and Worldstar Travel shall not be under any obligation or be liable to any person for any loss or damage suffered as a result of an inaccuracy or description contained herein; or which may arise as a result of any changes in or withdrawal of any price, detail or service appearing herein; or which is implied by virtue of the said contents; or any accident, injury, delay or irregularity caused by, or arising out of the provision or failure to provide any of the services. LAW OF CONTRACTThe contract shall be governed in all respects by the law of Australia and the State of New South Wales and any legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in the State. GENERAL HEALTH REQUIREMENTSNo vaccinations are required for Egypt. However please seek advice from the Department of Health closer to the time of travel to ascertain current health requirements for travel to other countries you may plan to visit. VISA REQUIREMENTSA Visa is required for Egypt. Cost for a single entry is $40.00 and for multiple entry is $50.00 plus handling fee per person. Applications will be forward to you to be completed and sent back to us with a photo for processing. INCLUSIONS

EXCHANGE RATESAll rates are based on the current exchange rates. Worldstar Travel reserve the right to alter these rates in case of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in land and air fare costs or any additional taxes imposed by the Australian and/or the Egyptian Authorities. |
